So I was contemplating last night about how little I think about high school, so of course, what do I dream about? It was graduation again and for some reason it was at Alexander Park school, but everyone in a martial art was going to do a demonstration during the intermission. There was sabih, kara, anthony, and derek. Sabih tried to show me the movies we were gonna do but he was just fuckin with me. So a few minutes to curtain and I'm triping out cuz I don't know the moves. I'm about to give up and go put on my formal wear (i guess it shoulda been a gown though), but then I realise the demonstration isn't till the intermission and that we're gonna sit with our grad class in our uniforms (we call them gi's in karate). that's where it ended...

I feel a mini-rant coming on...
Fluoride. It's more toxic than lead. Lower IQ. Contributes to 117 known diseases. Too much causes bone decay. And yet dentists love it, it's in all the popular toothpastes, and scary enough, it's in almost every water supply (except in Europe, they figured it out). Conspiracy? you bet. I stopped using fluoride toothpaste and I now use Tom's fluoride-free paste, which is WAY more mild, in fact it doesn't leave such a fucked up taste in your mouth. and for those of you that remember high school, you'll recall how much gum I chewed. yeah i don't do that anymore. at all. i've put so much aspartame in my system from chewing gum. aspartame puts holes in your brain and causes all sorts of diseases, but that' another conspiracy right there, involving your my favorite vice president, dick cheney. So you guys are aware of my eating habits now, and I also brush everyday and floss often. yet I got, are you ready for this?..... 20 fillings last year. TWENTY. i don't eat sugar. what gives? well i don't have a dental plan anymore so I've decided to take care of my teeth a lot more. I have a cavity, but that hasn't bothered me since i switched toothpastes and cut gum out. oh i also use Tom's deodorant to, since it doesn't have aluminum in it. but that's another topic. oh and guess what the only ingredient is inf some rat poisons...... Fluoride....

oh and not all dentists are evil. some are just ignorant. like Booher in golden, if he knew the evil truth, he wouldn't be using colgate. but he does. i did some reconnaisance...
